With COP $3 million via Wompi or bank transfer to Bancolombia or Davivienda, always payable to Cayman Group S.A.S. It is credited to your down payment and the lot is held for 30 days.
Can I rent out my home?
Yes. Once built, you can rent it out under the community's security policy, which protects access control and every resident's peace of mind.
