Yes. Owners get priority when choosing dates to rent the track.
Is the race track noisy?
Autódromo Motorsports Park operates one day a month, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. There may be engine noise that day; the other 29 days the community is completely quiet.
How do I reserve a lot?
With COP $3 million via Wompi or bank transfer to Bancolombia or Davivienda, always payable to Cayman Group S.A.S. It is credited to your down payment and the lot is held for 30 days.
How does financing work?
You pay a 20% or 30% down payment and the balance over up to 36 months of in-house financing, with no interest and no banks.
Do you sell houses or cabins?
We sell lots, from COP $170 million* (promotional price subject to availability; list price from COP $450,000/m²). Each owner builds their own home.
