Is the race track noisy?
Autódromo Motorsports Park operates one day a month, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. There may be engine noise that day; the other 29 days the community is completely quiet.
Can I rent out my home?
Yes. Once built, you can rent it out under the community's security policy, which protects access control and every resident's peace of mind.
What's nearby?
Beaches less than 10 minutes away, restaurants and hardware stores along the highway, and a future commercial zone at the entrance. The nearest medical center is 25 minutes away.
How does financing work?
You pay a 20% or 30% down payment and the balance over up to 36 months of in-house financing, with no interest and no banks.
How do I reserve a lot?
